Yep, time again for the Weekly History Wrap Up.
Finally, Colonel William Bratton and his wife, Martha, of Revolutionary War fame, are receiving grave markers in York County, Pennsylvania.
Confederate Civil War dead will be honored this weekend in New Braunfels, Texas.
Bonds remain strong as World War II veterans continue their relationship to the Kachin Rangers of Myanmar, who they fought alongside some 70 years ago.
The remains of American soldier, Chester Roper, who died in the Korean War, possibly as a POW, have been positively identified, and will be returned to the States for burial.
Colonel Quincy Collins, former Vietnam War POW, invites you to the Vietnam Veterans Homecoming Celebration – 2012, to take place at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
And lastly, the “Hunger Games” set a box office record last night, raking in a cool $19.7 million for a midnight screening.
