Friday again, and time for the Weekly History Wrap-Up.

Jeff Jacoby makes a convincing argument for using mercenaries to help stabilize Somalia.
How about a Tribute to our American Heroes, and to the women who have served our country so valiantly.

And lastly, a long time in coming, Livingston County, Michigan World War II Marine, Woody Brown, recently received his Purple Heart with Gold Star, denoting his third time being wounded in battle.
Have a historical weekend!
